Hi folks here s a little about me I have always loved art through my life I have always painted and built things through my childhood and youth it was the one thing I excelled at through school After school I went to college and applied these abilities doing a City and Guilds in traditional signwriting attaining a distinction and went on to do many signs I continued to paint but it was never my real strength and when I was asked to a pottery class one evening it was there I found where my real enthusiasm for art lay not in pots but in the medium of clay and sculpture it just seemed so natural I have gone on to do work in the sports field sculpting for some well known sportsmen and women but mainly I love portrait sculpture and creating my own people they are all unique and I hope you enjoy looking at them br images ©copyright George Mark 2177
